BHG Marine - Delivery Policy
BHG Marine strive to use the most cost effective & reliable trackable & insured delivery services available.
Our preferred service for small packets is Royal Mail 1st class signed & special delivery. DPD for the larger parcels & various freight & pallet delivery services for the large & bulky items. We also have our own dedicated delivery service for larger crated engines, boats & trailers.
Together with our delivery partners our delivery policy gives us a fast & reliable service.
We've included a guide below to show you the services available. Please note that these are dependent on where you live and the product that you are ordering. The amount payable and the options available will be clearly shown in the checkout and on the order confirmation page.
Don't forget to give us your mobile number when placing your order as we will pass this to our primary courier DPD so they can keep you informed about your delivery via SMS.
Orders placed before 1pm will where possible be dispatched same day however normal operation is next working day. Certain goods such as service manuals & outboard engines require longer preparation time prior to dispatch than the majority of items listed. We will always aim to dispatch within 3 working days & you will be informed via email regarding the status of your order.
