Made from rip-stop fabric with welded seams these bags are designed to hold their shape and stand up on their own. They offer the best solution to flushing your outboard and are a vast improvement over traditional muffs. Because the engine is submerged in water you can be sure it's getting sufficient water pressure through the intakes. There's also a noticeable difference in noise reduction with the exhausts being submerged. After a days boating cleanse your engine with fresh water, place the flush bag carefully under the skeg, then attach the “guide strap” which goes over the top of the cowling. Fill the bag until the water passes the intake inlets and idle your engine in neutral for 5-10 minutes. Once flushing is complete undo the drain plug to empty the water. Fitment: Outboards up to 60hp (Diameter 47cm, Height 70cm, Max strap length 175cm, Max water capacity 100L) Caution: Never engage gear whilst using the flush bag. You should never allow the “guide strap” to take the weight of the water.
